VocalPoint was founded in 2010 to solve a problem we couldn’t ignore: technology buying had become chaotic. Companies were drowning in paperwork, vague promises, and flashy tools that didn’t solve real problems. The result? Expensive mistakes — the wrong solutions, chosen for the wrong reasons.
We decided to take a different path. At VocalPoint, we start by asking better questions. As President of VocalPoint Consulting, I lead a team of sales, project management, and technical subject matter experts on a mission to transform technology consulting and procurement. In 2010, after a decade in the telecommunications industry with companies like Expanets, Avaya, and Windstream, I founded VocalPoint to disrupt the traditional sales-driven approach that prioritized quotas over client success. My goal was to create a better, strategy-first procurement model that helps businesses navigate an evolving tech landscape and adopt the right solutions for growth and efficiency.
Through our proprietary IT Compass framework, we streamline procurement, optimize contract negotiations, and drive seamless technology implementations. Since our launch, we’ve grown from 30 suppliers in 2010 to over 700 suppliers today, fueling consistent revenue growth and expanding our ability to serve over 150 clients with tailored technology consulting services and solutions.
I am a certified solutions professional in UCaaS, CCaaS, Cloud Computing, Telecom, and Networking Solutions, and I actively contribute to Orlando’s tech and business communities through leadership roles and advisory boards.
